At OZMA, we want you to love your sustainably crafted pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
